We're looking for someone to
help Odoo grow and expand worldwide
. This role is
key to driving Odoos development.
Your mission: act as a Product Owner by understanding
how
businesses operate
, defining what Odoo needs to
evolve
, and working with the development teams to
implement
these improvements.
Youll play a
central role in shaping and improving
Odoos applications, making the product
relevant
for new and existing markets and opening the door to thousands of potential customers worldwide
.
You dont need to be an expert in a specific business field, just
smart, curious, structured, and eager to learn fast

About the job
As a Product Owner,
you will collaborate with developers to build amazing features used by millions of people. Your role will be to transform ideas into specifications, test the developments, and ensure awesome applications are deployed at speed.
You'll never get bored!
Responsibilities
Own tasks from start to approval
Create clear specs; strong visual communication
Development model: Open with external community
Balance feature decisions with product vision and simplicity
Challenges
Find simple solutions to complex problems
Manage priorities & deadlines
Work with devs, partners, and management
Take smart and fast decisions
Work independently
About you
We are looking for a candidate a

Must have
Experience in IT Product Management
Fluent in French & in English
Experience in UX
Master Degree or IT degree
Work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
Bad sense of humor
Any other European language

What we offer
Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
